WPCNR WHITE PLAINS VOICE. From "The Havilander" January 20, 2003: While it is disturbing that it has taken so long, I am delighted to see the wheels of justice finally turning in the right direction on the Delgado - Hockley situation.

Since the Attorney General's investigation clearly demonstrated that Mr. Delgado " won the election ", it seems to me that the only fair remedy is for Judge Nicolai to declare Mr. Delgado the winner! if he has the power to do so.

It is time to allow Mr. Delgado to return to his seat on the Common Council so that he may continue the great work that he did on behalf of the citizens of White Plains.

Let's not forget that it was Mr. Delgado who worked very hard along with the Mayor and other Council members to bring about many of the projects that we currently see developing around town, which will benefit all of us!
