E.D.T.: Jeffrey Binder, Republican candidate for Common Council telephoned WPCNR moments ago with the Board of Elections results of the White Plains Republican Primary. He reports the Board of Elections has counted all Absentee Ballots and evaluated all Affidavit Ballots and has come up with a final count. According to Binder, the results bring Dan Hickey in ahead of previously nominated Rosa Munoz for one of the three Republican slots for Common Council. The final totals:
