July 10, 2004: An old carriage house zoned residential, and located at 5 Rutherford, across the street from The Jefferson at White Plains (300 Mamaroneck Avenue), is being considered by the zoning board for a change of zoning because the property is "unsaleable" otherwise. The matter is currently under review. The advertising agency is seeking to purchase the property for use as an office, if the zoning change goes through.
